PRS Permacel Pvt Ltd was the erstwhile Industrial Division of the Healthcare multinational Johnson & Johnson Ltd. commenced operations in India in 1958 and was hived off as a separate company in 1999.

PRS Permacel Plants situated at Ambernath (near Mumbai) in Maharashtra is IMS certified (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001) and our Automotive operations are IATF / TS16949 certified. 

Our R&D Laboratory is DSIR (Dept of Scientific & Industrial Research, GOI) approved.
